A Joint Venture with Leasure Concepts, this eccentric modernist project featured a complex geometric consisting of horizontal board 1×4 and 1×6 stained Redwood that also carried through to the spa, outdoor shower, benches, and the outdoor kitchen. The spa featured a large wood frame with cantilevered steps to enter, an eye level gas fire pan, and a fountain weir to a basin below. The overhead arbor had sleek, clean corners and serves as a space for the daybed (not shown). The outdoor kitchen has a poured in place concrete countertop with colored glass fragments next to the dining area set on a polymer-stabilized DG patio. Lastly poured in place concrete slabs and a second concrete fire feature and seating area act as separate lounge space near the home.
