Extra items after installation phase complete; Lyngso Rock delivery for streetside area, Gil’s Stump Grinding for Oleander’s we had cut down to 36″, solar lights, small amount of topsoil in back. Sent in a gardener to mow the lawn once this week and last for the lawn after I did the first round. Sent in Carlos to check up on the yard once or twice last week after work as asked. Just 2 hours labor for myself, rest is just materials and what was paid out per request.
