Hi Augie, here is the latest plan revision update for 156 Mesa.
Decking is now 377 sf, up from 265 sf in concept ‘E’.
Just to make sure we are all on the same page with the steps, I have drawn up a quick schematic section elevation showing how the deck, patio, steps, and railing relate to the slope and the home.
We still need to find out if the deck will be Ipe or Composite material.
